Step 1: Thoroughly wash your hands. Fill the provided 300 mL bottle with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water, up to the indicated fill line.
Step 2: Open the Nasal Wash Salt packet and pour the contents into the bottle. Securely tighten the cap and tube. Place a finger over the tip of the cap and gently shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture.
Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to a comfortable level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and, without holding your breath, insert the nozzle tip into one nostril. Press and hold the air valve, then invert the bottle and insert it into the nasal cavity. Release the air valve to start the nasal wash, squeezing the bottle to control the flow speed. If you need to stop the flow during the wash, simply press the air valve hole.
Step 4: Gently blow your nose, being careful not to pinch it completely, as this may apply pressure on the eardrums.
Step 5: For a deeper clean, you can repeat the process for your other nostril.
